Installation Guide

1. Mount the Clips

Fix the mounting clips to the surface with screws at 300–400 mm intervals. L2925 is a 29 mm wide profile; ensure the surface is flat for even contact.

2. Insert LED Strip

Place the LED strip inside the channel. L2925 accepts up to 20–24 mm PCB. Peel 3M tape and stick to the base, or use silicone adhesive for high-heat applications.

3. Clip the Profile

Snap the aluminum profile onto the mounted clips. Press firmly until both sides engage. The 327 g/m weight ensures stability in vertical applications.

4. Seal the Ends

Slide the plastic end caps onto each end. For IP65 requirement, add silicone sealant before fitting the caps.

L2925 has an internal channel width of approximately 24 mm. It is compatible with LED strips up to 20–24 mm PCB width, including standard 10 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, and 20 mm LED strips. For 24V COB LED strips or high-density 2835/5050 strips, L2925 provides sufficient space and heat dissipation.

Yes. Standard stock lengths are 1 m, 2 m, 3 m, and 5 m. Custom cutting is available with an MOQ of 50 pieces for non-standard lengths. We also offer drilling, milling, and end-cap pre-assembly as part of our OEM service.

L2925W and L2925B are identical in dimensions, weight, and material. The only difference is the surface finish color: L2925W is white painted, and L2925B is black painted. Both use anodized + painting process for corrosion resistance. Choose white for better light reflection, or black for concealed installation in dark ceilings or furniture.

The standard L2925 package includes mounting clips and plastic end caps. The PC/PMMA diffuser cover is sold separately. Available diffuser options: clear (max brightness), frosted (medium diffusion), and opal (maximum uniformity, no LED dots visible).

L2925 is rated IP20 as standard, suitable for indoor dry environments. For outdoor or damp locations (bathrooms, kitchens with steam), we can supply IP65-rated versions with sealed end caps and silicone gaskets. Contact us for the IP65 specification and MOQ.
