LED Aluminum Profiles

Our LED Aluminum Profiles are the perfect match for our LED strips. We have over 200 different models. We make furniture profiles, niche profiles, stair profiles, edge profiles, mounting profiles, floor profiles, corner profiles, and flexible neon tubes. All profiles use 6063-T5 aviation-grade aluminum. This is much better than standard 6063-T4. Our extrusion tolerance is only plus or minus 0.1mm. Standard industry tolerance is plus or minus 0.3mm. We use UV-resistant PC diffusers. This stops yellowing after long time use. We can make profiles in custom colors with MOQ only 100 meters. Standard industry needs 500 meters. Max length per piece is 3 meters. Standard is only 2 meters. Our monthly capacity is 500,000 meters. We also have independent sample production line. Samples are ready in 5-10 days. We provide complete accessories: end caps, mounting clips, brackets, connectors, and diffusers. Every profile model has detailed drawing and installation guide. We help customers choose the right profile for their project.
